Barefoot in the Hills

LORNA NOONAN

Author Lorna Noonan (nee Serisier) was born in Perth and lived in the Hills. She writes of her childhood in the group settlements of the 1920s, the hardships during the depression and war, and her very successful career as an educator. She also traces the history of family members who emigrated to Australia. A delightful book to read.
